Nice safe mini farm. Goats tree house for kids. Went to school there . Formerly Keen Elementary School. 1966 to 1973. Grew up in Neighborhood.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working and volunteering with Flowers and Bullets, and it’s given me more than I ever expected — it’s given me purpose. There’s something powerful about putting your hands in the dirt, feeling the sun on your back, and knowing you’re part of something bigger than yourself. That’s what this space represents: healing, culture, and legacy. The Midtown Farm, with its stunning Cesar Chavez mural, is more than a farm — it’s a living tribute to our roots. Every time I walk past that mural, I’m reminded that we’re following in the footsteps of our ancestors — working the land, protecting our people, and planting seeds for the future. What really makes it special is how welcoming and open the space is. My family loves it. My son, godson and and cousin all got to enjoy the fire fighter wet down and of course the amazing food. it’s one of the few places we can just be ourselves, in a true judgment-free zone. We were out there running through the water from the firefighters like we used to as kids. And for a moment, even us adults got to let loose, laugh, and feel that joy again. From teaching water harvesting and tree planting, to letting kids meet goats

Love This Safe space, Very Educational ✨ Locally owned, We have been going here almost every Thursday, today we are picking worms out of the mulch, and planting. It was awesome The people are great ! They are having water fun this Saturday and I hope we're able to make it.

This place is super cool and has a lot of potential. Very close to my house and my kids love to go there. They have a treehouse, goats, chickens, a green house. Seems like they are building some kind of activity center for kids, can't wait to see what it's gonna be.
